We have been growing this carrot all winter in a pot.
Its sautéing in butter with about five cloves of garlic.
Tonight it will be a lovely accompaniment to baked chicken and rice and a little broccoli, it will be the smallest part of our dinner but it will be the star of the night.
That is the cutest carrot *ever*! I love how you have nurtured it and cherished it all this time, now reaping a bountiful harvest! 😉 That carrot deserves center stage on your plate!
